Return Procedure Return Procedure

When you purchased a projector lamp and you're experiencing problems please always contact us first. We will discuss a number of possible causes with you. For example did you reset the lamp timer of your projector? Does the projector display any error messages? Does the projector start up at all? Etc. If after this conversation no obvious cause can be found why the projector lamp is not working we will give you an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number which you can use when returning the product.

After receiving the RMA number please print our PDF return form and fill it in. You can use the Return form return form as shipping label by folding it and pasting it on the package. Please return the projector lamp back to us within 7 days after receiving the RMA number. If the return is not received within this time period we cannot guarantee that your return will be authorised.

Always return the projector lamp in its original packing. The packaging of the projector lamp is important. It must be undamaged. Do not write any text or paste any stickers or tape on the original packaging. Make sure the projector lamp is well packed to prevent damage during shipment. All returns must be sent to us with sufficient postage.

You can use our return form as shipping label by folding it in 4 and pasting it on the package. You are responsible for the return shipment. We recommend you to insure the package, so you can claim any loss or damage with your courier.

In the following cases, we will not be able to process your return:

  • Returns not returned within 7 days after issuing the RMA number.
  • Returns without an RMA number or an RMA form.
  • Projector lamps with expired warranty.
  • Projector Lamps with removed serial numbers.
  • Damaged projector lamps.
  • Projector lamps especially ordered for you.

Note: for non defective returns we charge 20% restocking costs. This applies only to non defective returns.
